Personalized Recovery Planning
Your Recovery is an unique as you are. By working together we can build a plan for you to build the life that awaits you. Effective recovery plans are built on 4 pillars:
- Chemical stability
- Connection and Community
- Purpose and Mission
- Ongoing Accountability
Chemical Stability: Drawing on best practices from related fields of medicine, we can optimize your physiology and medical conditions to reduce suffering, cravings and distracting or negative thought patterns. Chemical stability represents a foundational step in a lasting recovery plan.
Connection and Community: This is where you begin to find your tribe. We'll explore places where you hear your private suffering echoed in the voices of hopeful peers. This can be transformative. By navigating the subcultures of recovery we can help you find meaningful connection to peers that will lift you up.
Purpose and Mission: You were not made to suffer and die pointlessly. Buried within the memories of life's most meaningful experiences, lies a theme. If we consider this as guidance information, we will challenge you to work toward deeper self-understanding and expression of your life's purpose. Increasingly, the superficial ups and downs of your addictive process may begin to feel shallow and remote to your life in early recovery.
Ongoing Accountability: Laboratory testing and social accountability through peers, sponsors and periodic check-ins help us to stay on track when we move our recovery into maintenance. Drawing from my training as a Medical Review Officer, we will build a testing plan that works within your schedule- but also doesn't leave room for self sabotage. Slips remain manageable when they are brought into the light of day.
